April 2009 Sales up by 19% over March!
Spring is continuing to move along at a pace not far off of 2008 with sales just 5% below April of last year.
"Spring is giving new life to the residential real estate market", said Calgary Real Estate Board President Bonnie Wegerich, "Affordable pricing and low interest rates are drawing buyers back into the market".
The median price for a single family home in Calgary actually increased by 1% over March 2009 - now sitting at $380,000.
