I've started working as an Independent Consultant
My entire life, since I was a child, has been surrounded by Real Estate. From family renovation projects in the early 80's, larger scale home building and land development in the 90's to spending 20+ years as a licensed Realtor® in Calgary.
I now bring my knowledge to help guide both the public and Realtor's to get the most out of their investment and businesses.
Times are changing in the Real Estate Industry with new companies offering alternatives to using a Realtor®.

The Real Estate Landscape is Changing with Technology
With companies such as Zillow entering into the Canadian Real Estate Market, it is sending shockwaves through the industry. Their business model is pushing Realtors® out of the equation and they do not like this.
What does this mean to you, the consumer?
Well, the fact that Realtors® don't like companies like Zillow, isn't a surprise and it really means nothing to you except hearing a whole bunch of griping from them.
But, what does it mean when you come across a property you want to purchase and you don't want to use a Realtor®?
The easy answer, you absolutely do not need to use one. You 100% can do this on your own.
